Chiropractic Adjustments

The goal of adjustments is to restore proper joint movement and improve function. This also helps to reduce pain by restoring the mechanics of nearby muscles and tissues.

Active Release Techniques

Active Release Techniques, or ART, is the gold standard in soft tissue treatments. It works by releasing muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia that no longer function properly due to overuse or injury.

Dr. Rachel is the only ART certified chiropractor in Springfield.

Graston Technique

Graston Technique is used to break down scar tissue adhesions and fascial restrictions. This scraping technique promotes collagen stimulation and blood flow to help damaged tissue heal and recover more quickly.

Cupping

Cupping is used to increase blood flow to an area and release muscular tension. The increase in blood flow helps stimulate proper and normal healing at the cellular level to help speed up the recovery process.
